The Architecture of RF Signal Processing in Software

To run a virtual ground system, satellite signals communicating to the ground must first be converted into IP packets through digitization. Kratos’ quantum systems produce digitized VITA-49 DIFI compatible data streams ready for processing by quantum virtualized functions running on general compute.

Two widely used quantum systems for EO/RS signal processing include mission/earth data downlink and telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C).
